After sitting out the opening parts of the 2003 season, Paul returned to the Elf Clio Renaultsport UK Cup in round 15 at Brands Hatch, competing in the final four races of the season for Boulevard Team Racing.

In October/November he competed in the 2003 ELF Renault Hill House Hammond Clio Winter Cup, winning three out of four races and claiming his third Clio Cup title.
