05/12/2011 - Paul receives his championship trophy - twice!
Over the last few weeks Paul has been to a number of awards dinners, firstly for the SRO (organisers of the Renault Clio Cup) awards and then more recently the TOCA (organisers of the BTCC) awards.
26/10/2011 - Paul loses out in the SVE Karting evening at Lakeside Karting but is still the fastest driver!
Paul was left a bit bemused after only finishing 9th out of 24 in the first, and hopefully annual, Stancombe Vehicle Engineering Karting evening at Lakeside Karting in Essex. Most of the drivers that Stancombe Vehicle Engineering ran in 2011 were in attendance and along with some members of the team it made for a healthy field for 24 drivers all competing for the title of Karting king 2011. 10/10/2011 - Paul tests a Megané Trophy car at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona
As the prize for winning the UK Renault Clio Cup Paul tested a Eurocup Renault Megané Trophy car today, for the Oregon Team, at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona.
It was the first time Paul had driven the car and the circuit but at the end of the test he was 8th quickest against drivers that had raced in the full season of the Megané Eurocup. More info... 02/10/2011 - Paul wins race 2 at Brands Hatch and is crowned 2011 Clio Cup champion!!
Paul finished second in race 1 and won the final race of the season to take the AirAsia Renault Clio Cup 2011 crown by 8points from Aron Smith.
After taking pole position for both races Paul put himself back in the driving seat to take the title and after finishing 2nd in the first race all he had to do was win the second race to take the title, which he duly did. More info...
25/09/2011 - Paul's Caterham debut ends in a podium and a DNF
Paul's debut in the Caterham Supersport championship ended with a third place finish in race 1 and a DNF in race 2 after minimal contact with the car in front caused the nose to come off and puncture the radiator.

18/09/2011 - Paul to make his debut in the Caterham Supersport Championship this weekend
Paul will make his debut in the Caterham Supersport championship at Anglesey this coming weekend racing the car usually raced by Steve Day, who is unavailable to due business commitments.
Paul is usually the driver coach to Steve Day and Lee Wiggins but jumped at the chance to race when the car became available.
18/09/2011 - A disappointing meeting at Rockingham sees Paul loose the championship lead.
After a part failure on Paul's Clio in qualifying caused Paul to qualify a lowly 16th in both races he managed to salvage a 7th and 8th place finishes to keep the title race going into the Brands Hatch finale, all be it now in 3rd place in the championship.

19/05/2011 - A poor qualifying session leaves Paul on the back foot all weekend but comes away with the points lead and a luxury break to Kuala Lumpa
After a poor qualifying that saw Paul line up for both races in last place Paul managed to salvage a 6th and a 10th place a leave the north east venue in the lead of the AirAsia Renault Clio Cup and win 4 tickets for a luxury break to Kuala Lumpa.
05/06/2011 - A frustrating weekend for Paul, at Oulton Park, sees him only take a 5th and 7th place
Paul endured a frustrating weekend in the Clio Cup at Oulton Park. After qualifying 4th Paul slipped to 5th at the start which is where he stayed until the checkered flag after an uneventful round 7 of the championship.In round 8 Paul had qualified 2nd but was beaten into the first corner by Jack Goff, in damp conditions. Paul tried to get back into 2nd but after coming under pressure from Smith locked up going into Lodge, loosing 4 places. He finished 7th More info...
02/05/11 - A disappointing 1st race at Thruxton but a 2nd place in race 2 means Paul leaves Thruxton still in the lead of the AirAsia Clio Cup.

Paul won the first race of the weekend at Donington Park from second on the grid and scored a third pace in the second race after finding himself down in forth after the first corner. Paul managed to fight back to third setting a new lap record in the process. More info...
Paul won the second race of the weekend as he built on a strong 3rd place in the first race of the season. Paul was also able to get the fastest laps in both races meaning he left the Kent venue with an 18 point lead in the Championship. More info...
Paul has today confirmed a full season deal to compete in the 2011 Air Asia Renault Clio Cup with Lumison Blue Square Data and Stancombe Vehicle Engineering, as a team mate to Mathew Munson. More info...
