Paul is currently racing a SeaDooo in the P1 AquaX championship.
P1 AquaX is a personal watercraft competition for anyone who wants to compete on the sea. Organised by Powerboat P1 – the company behind SuperStock powerboat racing – it is the only jet-ski series in the UK taking place on the sea rather than inland waters.
AquaX is open to all ‘ride-on’ jet-skis such as Yamaha, Kawasaki and BRP (Sea-Doo), racing in three classes: AquaX 200 - modified 2-stroke and stock naturally aspirated 4-stroke 160bhp and below; AquaX 250 - stock 4-stroke including turbo/supercharged 250bhp and below; AquaX 300 - stock 4-stroke including turbo/supercharged 300bhp and below.
Each two-day AquaX event consists of one qualification race, to set starting grid positions on Saturday, whilst Sunday’s action features two 30-minute Rally Races.
All 2012 P1 AquaX events run alongside the P1 SuperStock UK Championship races at high-profile venues around the country
